Radia: A Coloring Book of Radial Designs

Amid all the exhausting unpacking (will it ever end?) I finished a project I’ve been working on for a while.

I am super excited to present the coloring book I (wrote? drew?) – Radia: A Coloring Book of Radial Designs. It is now available at both Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Radia originally began as a collection of mandalas, but I don’t think all the pictures quite fit the definition of mandala, thus it became simply radial designs, meaning that all the patterns repeat around a central point.

I’ve always loved coloring, and at the start of the pandemic, coloring became an effective stress reliever and a simple way to express my creativity in our overcrowded house during quarantine. I especially loved to color pictures that didn’t depend on any kind of realism. Those helped me to reduce stress and anxiety.

At the same time, I started doing some basic drawing and zen doodle work, and one thing led to another.

Radia is 8.5 inches square, and contains 27 original designs by me, with two copies of each design. Pages are printed on one side only, to avoid bleed through.

I hope you will find Radia: A Coloring Book of Radial Designs a wonderful addition to your creative endeavors.

You can buy Radia now for $11.85.
